While you are fostering, we provide all items necessary such as food, puppy pads, crates, etc. We always want to ensure you and your foster are happy and secure.
 

You may be asked to transport your pup to the vet for routine care. We cover all vet expenses.
 

Adoption events are held every Saturday at the Petsmart in Siegen Marketplace. You are not required to stay, but of course you are welcome to if you wish! We ask that you have the pup there between 10 and 10:15am and be available to pick back up at 2:00pm if not adopted. If your dog is adopted during this time, we will let you know so you don't have to make an unnecessary trip. If you are unable to attend, reach out to us and one of our volunteers may be able to stop by and pick up the morning of the event. 
 

We do allow adoptions during the week and if you are comfortable doing so, we would like to coordinate meet and greets so the prospective adopter can see the pup. These meetings can occur at a mutual location that we can discuss at the time. We also like to ask that our foster’s be instrumental in the adoption of the foster pup and have input when practical on the application. If you are uncomfortable speaking with people, no worries – we can handle it!
 

It is very important to us that you and your foster pup are comfortable. If at any time you feel you are unable to foster or your animals are not happy, we will make arrangements to move the pup and find one that is more adaptable to your situation. We do ask that you keep in mind that we will need to locate another foster and it may take a day or 2. Again, we want this to be an enjoyable experience for you and your foster pup, so don't hesitate let us know!
